To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total direct liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the website will be limited to the amount you paid to PuntoFondo México in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to the claim, or 100 EUR, whichever is lower.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, the above limitations apply to the greatest extent permitted by law.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PuntoFondo México and its editors, contributors, affiliates, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Upon termination, the license granted to you in these Terms ends immediately.
